Tim Bell is a painter in the American Impressionist tradition. A native Marylander, Tim currently resides south of Annapolis, Maryland. Tim draws inspiration from the areas beaches, waterways and hillsides. His most recent awards include "Grand Prize" and "Best Marine Painting" at the Plein Air Easton!, Maryland, 2006, "First Place" in the Rehoboth Beach Paint Out, Delaware, 2006. Tim was also listed in the "Pick of the Palette Top Ten Contemporary Painters to Collect in Delaware" by Delaware Beach Life. His paintings hang in private collections throughout the United States and Great Britain and are included in the permanent collection of Frostburg State University.
